Each contender must pay the HEC USAT Fee of Rs 1200, which should be deposited into HEC HBL Account Number 17427900133401. There is no refund for the USAT test fees. The HEC USAT Test will take place on October 17. The extended deadline to apply for a HEC USAT registration is October 29, 2023.

Who can apply for USAT HEC Admission ?
HEC is a governing body that has power over higher education. All universities in Pakistan are required to abide with HEC norms and regulations in order to operate. We have categorised the students who are qualified to take the USAT below.
- All applicants for BS admission must pass the USAT Matriculation exam in order to submit an application for the USAT HEC USAT Paper Pattern.
- SSC Part II students who are still awaiting their USAT results are also eligible.
Register for the HEC Undergraduate Studies Test
Please visit the following link: http://etc.hec.gov.pk to register. Create an account and complete the required fields on the application form. Give a working email address and a password. Save the bank challan for etc. Pay the USAT cost of PKR 1,200. This charge is non-refundable. In any HBL bank branch, under the account name of the Higher Education Commission, you can pay the USAT cost of Rs. 1200. Be aware of the Habib Bank Limited Account number, which is 1742 7900 1334 01.
