People’s Primary Health Initiatives PPHI Sindh is accepting applications from professionals who are highly qualified, devoted, and driven for contract employment. Only residents of Sindh province are eligible.

PPHI Sindh was established as a non-profit organisation in accordance with Section 42 of the Companies Act of 2017. (formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984). The Pakistan Center of Philanthropists (PCP), a government-accredited agency for accrediting not-for-profit organisations, has also acknowledged its NPO (Not for Profit Organization) status.
As a regional NGO eligible for foreign aid, PPHI Sindh is registered with the Economic Affairs Division of the Government of Pakistan. A Board of Directors made up of seven seasoned professionals with varied and extensive expertise oversees its management. They are represented by former members of the Government of Sindh’s Board of Secretaries (Health, Finance, Planning and Development, and Population Welfare).
In 2007, the PPHI began its journey in the Kashmore area and later reached 22 districts in Sindh. In accordance with an MoU with the Government of Sindh (GoS), this duty was initially delegated to the Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) in 2007. In 2013, the business registered with the SECP.(Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan).
This company was founded to bring back healthcare in rural Sindh.
