The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Free Course 2024 Application Form and Interview Schedule have been made available on the official Punjab government website. Before the deadline, female applicants who are interested in enrolling in various colleges must submit an online application. Forms submitted after the deadline or with errors won’t be accepted. Applications are being accepted by the Punjabi Directorate of General Nursing for the 2024 session of the Ladies Health Visitor (LHV) class.
LHV Admissions Form
For those interested in applying to the Lady Health Visitor (LHV) diploma course, there is an official form called the LHV Admission Form. LHVs are committed medical professionals who specialize in primary healthcare, especially in meeting the needs of women and children.

Eligibility Criteria for LHV Admissions
- The Punjabi woman, who is single and 25 years old as of December 25, 2023, may submit an application for admission.
- The Lady Health Visits program is open to female widows who are at least 35 years of age.
- Education required: FSC Pre-Medical with at least 50% of the possible points.
- The scholarship: a monthly payment in accordance with government regulations will be made.
- Age restriction: For married women, the maximum age is 25, and for widows, it is 35. upper age
- The Lady Health Worker’s degree program is open to female applicants with an FSC Pre-Medical Degree and 50% marks.
